Preheat the oven in advance to 200 - 210 gr. Blend butter with sugar and egg white. Add the cinnamon, the almonds, add the flour with the baking powder and stir. Because the flour is different, check the consistency: it dB. as custard - thick, viscous. Fill pastry bag with dough and place the cookie portions, leaving between them a small distance - they will slightly increase in volume. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. The cookies can be decorated with powdered sugar and marmalade.
