Cooking
Mix cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar and beat with a blender.
In a pan, pour sugar and put thawed and washed cranberries. Fry until the sugar is dissolved.
Not to overdo! If you love liquid sauce, add a couple tablespoons of water and bring to a boil.
Wash the pear and cut into thin slices, I used the slicer.
Now each ring of the pear, put cheese, collect the pear as a pyramid.
Spread the roasted cranberries. Served with cranberry juice. Bon appetit!
