Cooking
In a saucepan bring to boil the water, add the salt and s/m prawns. Wait until the water again boils, cook shrimp for 1 minute on and off. While preparing sauce, shrimp from water do not remove.
For the sauce finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Chopped dill, thinly sliced garlic clove and lemon juice. All mix well and warm for 1-2 minutes.
Season the sauce with pepper, curry and salt (to taste).
Shrimp, drained, spread on a large flat dish and liberally cover with cooked sauce. Stir and eat with pleasure. Such shrimp is well served a glass of cold wheat beer.
