Brownie with pistachio nuts
If you want to surprise your guests and their children, then prepare this delicious treat. No one can remain indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Pistachios

    50 g

  • Egg white

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    120 g

  • The food dye

  • Topping pastry

If you have not roasted pistachios, then pierce them in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 deg. to them the taste was so intense, and so it will be easier to remove the husk.

In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter.

Remove from the heat. Add sugar, stir. Sugar you can take any.

One by one add the eggs, carefully stirring with a whisk after each addition.

Add the flour, stir.

Prepare form for baking. It can be any of: rectangular, square or round. Size is about 22-24 cm in diameter. Cover it with baking paper. Spread half of the dough, then pistachios, then the second half of the test.

Bake brownie 30 minutes at tempo-re 150 deg. Remove, cool slightly, remove paper, cut into triangles. Insert the straw into the basis of a brownie.

To prepare glaze: mix egg white and powdered sugar, stir with a whisk until thick. May need a little more powder.

For a more festive look, add green dye. If you are against the dyes, then just leave the white glaze. To put the frosting in a pastry bag to make brownies patterns in the form of garlands. Decorate with confectionery sprinkles.
