Pancakes biscuit (option)
It's pancakes without yeast and baking soda. Specially for those who likes thin crispy crepes and fluffy pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    9 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

Cooking

Proteins separated from the yolks. Mix the egg yolks with milk, sugar and salt.

Gradually add the flour, it takes me about 9 tablespoons with a slide. Will be a free-flowing dough, the consistency is closer to sour cream.

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam and add to dough.

Carefully enter the proteins in the batter.

Bake on a hot griddle, greased with butter, with two sides. Here are perforated pancakes out.
