Cooking
Mix well the flour, wine, zest, and cinnamon. The resulting batter leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning whisk the protein and carefully enter it into the dough. Apples peel and remove the core, spread the pineapple from the syrup on a towel to absorb excess liquid.
Very well in the frying pan with vegetable oil. Fruit lightly roll in flour, and then dip it in our batter. To put portions in oil and fry on each side until Golden brown. About 2 minutes..
Mix brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Ready donuts spread on a paper towel to soak up excess fat.
Donuts sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with unsweetened tea! Bon appetit!!!
