Cooking
EIA whisk with sugar and vanilla sugar
After, pour the slightly warmed milk and sunflower oil, mix and pour a third of the egg-milk mixture (if you want all muffins to make the two color cast half)
Flour mixed with baking powder and salt, a third of pour and add the cocoa. A large part of the flour gradually sift for the most part, milk and eggs, mix well, should get quite thick but fluid batter
Flour with cocoa, sift in the remaining milk-egg mixture
Bananas (ideally ripe) and mash them with a fork and sprinkle lemon juice (I forgot to make the stuffing so I have darkened)
Strawberries wash and dry with paper towel
White dough, about 1-1. 5 tbsp to distribute the forms, and then the strawberries, roll in flour (so as not to drip) and place in the center, bananas put on a tea spoon
On top of the filling, spread the chocolate dough (about 1 tbsp). I did part of the muffins black and white part is just the vanilla. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (ready to check wooden skewer)
While our cupcakes bake, prepare the lemon cream. For this purpose, using a fine grater remove the zest from one lemon (remove the zest with a special knife will have to be filtered through a sieve syrup)
In a saucepan, add sugar, squeeze the juice from the lemon, add the zest, put on fire and a bit of heat
One egg and one egg yolk a little beat (until smooth)
Then pour the eggs to the syrup, stir and put on low heat, add butter and stirring constantly cook until the mixture starts to thicken
Slightly cooled cream to cover part of the muffin
Now prepare the chocolate glaze, in a water bath to melt the butter and chocolate, after you pour the cream and all mix well
Slightly cooled frosting to cover the rest of the muffins, the frosting was a bit more than the cream (I'm almost half "try"), so some coated with chocolate icing on top of the cream and did not regret! very tasty!! Finished cakes put into the fridge overnight to soak all that yummy.
