Pancake roll stuffed
In the Pancake week offer to please Your loved ones delicious, tender pancake roll. After I introduced it to my sisters and girlfriends, they are not saying a word, all today did it at home.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mascarpone

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

To prepare the roulade bake pancakes on any favorite recipe. I used the following recipe: the milk broke the egg, added salt, sugar, whipped with a mixer, then added the flour, baking powder and again beat. At the end of the added vegetable oil and again beat. Baked in the usual way. This recipe turned out 12 pancakes.

For preparation of rolls you will need 8 pancakes. Spread 4 pancakes overlapping, I used a silicone Mat.
