Cornmeal biscotti with cranberries and almonds
Sunny, crisp crackers.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    65 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Essence

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    125 g

  • Cranberry

    75 g

Mix the first 5 ingredients. To turn on the oven (170 degrees).

Separately beat the eggs with the olive oil and essence. Then mix all the ingredients, including berries and nuts.

Form here is "log". You can just moisten your hands with water - it will be easier to mold. Form grease with oil. (I have a silicone Mat - I'm not smeared.) Put in the preheated oven for about 30 min. When "log" is already a little browned and the crust pressing on it with your finger is hard to get, it is important not to overdry!

Give the "log" about 15 minutes to cool. Then carefully slice with a sharp knife,-saw, slightly askew, on crackers. I got 30 pieces. Reduce oven temperature to 150 degrees. Put the crackers to dry for 5-10 min on each side, so they are a bit flushed around the edges.

Allow to cool on a wire rack. Can try!
