Warm salad of hearts with vegetables

  • Yellow bell pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Greens

  • Soy sauce

  • Mustard

Cooking

Chicken hearts cut into 4 parts.

Eggplant peel and together with the peppers cut into strips. The cherry tomatoes cut in half.

In a pan heat olive oil and quickly fry the hearts for about 1 minute.

Then add eggplant and pepper and stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, soy sauce and mustard. Mix well and cook for another 1 minute. Total prep time salad must not exceed 5 minutes, otherwise the hearts will become hard.
