Baked potatoes with rosemary
One of the many variaties of potatoes in "uniform", i.e. neojidannogo. Juicy, flavorful and crispy!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

  • Paprika sweet

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

marinated in vegetable oil with salt, pepper, rosemary, paprika,

put in a fireproof dish, add the chopped garlic and the bacon (pieces), pour the wine and add water (do veil 1/3 of the potatoes). Close valgoi and roast in the oven (200°C) 30-40 min. remove Foil and roast until Golden brown.
