Rybnik under the egg-sour cream filling
This is not a pie, it is not dry, but rather juicy and tender dish. Like a cake "Basket", only instead of cream - fish =)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Fish

    300 g

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Make the dough: sift the Flour and mix with baking powder. Beat the yolk in a bowl, where we are going to knead the dough. Add salt, sugar and mix. To the yolk add the softened butter, stir until smooth. Add sour cream and again mix well. Gradually introduce the flour, knead the dough and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Prepare the filling: I had a whole fish, so I had to clean it, slice into fillets. But it's easier just to buy fillet. Fish fillet boil until tender, together with the egg.

Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Spread in a baking dish in which to bake a cake, and formed from it a plate with high sides.

Boiled fish and egg and chop in a plate of dough.

Prepare the filling: beat eggs, add sour cream, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, flour and stir well.

Pour the egg-sour cream filling "the plate" and put in preheated oven. Bake at 200 degrees for ~ 40 minutes.
