Poppy seed dessert
This is a very delicate soufflé with a creamy taste. Will be a nice finish to any dinner. This recipe is from the book of recipes of European cuisine, a gift from my friends.

Ingredients

  • Mac

    50 g

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • The sugar syrup

Cooking

Boil the milk with poppy seeds and refrigerate.

Soak gelatine and dissolve in a water bath.

Beat the whites with the sugar.

Sour cream mixed with heavy cream, but gelatin is prepared by Mak and protein.

Prepared poppy seed mixture was spread in molds and put in the fridge to solidify.

Served with strawberry syrup, or nuts and chocolate.
