Very tasty and quick to prepare, does not require baking roll. My husband just loves coconuts and glazed cheese, this roll was a real delicious surprise.
Ingredients

600 g

Cocoa powder
4 Tbsp

Coconut shavings
2 pack

Curd
2 pack

4 Tbsp
Cooking
Pour water into a saucepan and add cocoa, cook.
Breaks cookies, but leave small pieces. Gradually adding brewed cocoa to make a stiff dough. You may not need to use all cocoa.
Mix the cheese and chips. If it's too thick, you can add sour cream or yogurt.
On plastic wrap spread a layer of chocolate and then coconut.
And wrap, put in freezer for 20 minutes.
And enjoy lean, sweet and delicious dessert. If you suddenly will be a little roll, put into the fridge. BON APPETIT!
