Bacon ice cream, carrots and cheese
Absolutely crazy dessert! Don't worry, it's edible. Want to surprise your guests? Then come on in! Quite a good treat on Halloween and April 1.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    380 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    30 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Waffles

  • Corn

  • Lemon

Scrape the carrots, cut into circles and boil until tender. Grind in a blender to cool. Rinse the raisins, pour the cognac.
