2010 - the year of the white tiger, and I conceived the idea to make this the tiger who would be able to surprise, to please and to be remembered for the whole year. I gathered together their relatives on Christmas day, they came to a holiday table, and I got to surprise them! It was the second rehearsal before the New Year. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Cooking
Potatoes and carrots boil and grate on a coarse grater.
Avocado cleanse and RUB on a grater.
Watered it with lemon juice.
Now you can start assembling the salad. The first layer put the tuna in a body of a tiger.
The second layer spread the potatoes.
The third layer – grated grated pickles.
Now cover these layers with mayonnaise.
The next layer is chopped green onions.
Spread on top of avocado. And again a layer of mayonnaise.
The eighth layer – carrot.
Ninth – finely grated proteins.
A final layer of mayonnaise.
Now it's time for a muzzle. To do this, boil a potato, clean and cut as shown in step-by-step photos.
The lugs fasten with toothpicks.
Eyes cut from the black olives and the nose of carrot or red pepper.
Olives thin strips cut in a circle and decorate the body of the tiger.
Using wooden sticks for kebabs install the head.
Lubricated the head with mayonnaise and fasten the strips.
The process is finished, it's time to the table!
White handsome rightfully occupies a Central place on the holiday table!
