Potato pancakes. The English name though, but the taste is ours, native. On the website there are similar recipes, but still a piquant contrast to these potato pancakes are.

Chicken egg

Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp

3 Tbsp

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Crumble onion. and garlic.
Potatoes on a coarse grater, combine with onions and garlic.
Beat the eggs and put in potatoes, mix well.
Salt, pepper, spices to taste. Mix well.
Add the flour. Mix well.
Add the mayonnaise and stir.
In hot oil fry until Golden brown.
Allow to drain oil and cool slightly. RUB the top crust with a little garlic. Serve with a salad.
