Plum-warm Apple pie
Warm, because after baking is immediately ready for use, no need to wait for cool down. A minimum of ingredients + 40 minutes of time = a wonderful result! Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

1 tbsp thick thick cream lightly whipped with 0.5 St of sugar (3-4 minutes), add 1 tbsp of flour, stir until smooth mass, add 0.5 teaspoon of slaked vinegar soda, stir again. Do not let the dough stand for long! Half of the dough with a spoon across the bottom greased with butter form (mine was 26cm diameter). Put cleaned and arbitrarily sliced apples, and then plums. Fruits, lightly sprinkle with sugar (optional in the case when plum sweet), and then distribute the remaining dough on top of fruit. The dough will be thick and sticky, so distribute it with spoonfuls evenly over the entire surface of the fruit. Do not try to cover the stuffing, this is not required.
