Onion soup (Sopa de alho Frances)
Easy, low-calorie, and very pleasant to the taste supik that you can eat even at night.

Ingredients

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    70 g

  • Salt

Cut products, as shown in the pictures

Pour into a saucepan the olive oil. Add chopped into small pieces garlic. Fry until light Golden color.

Add all other chopped vegetables, except potatoes and sliced green parts of the leek.

Fry (better to say, stew until soft) vegetables and then add three chicken cube and continue to fry until Golden brown, stirring constantly.

Add 3 liters of water, bring to the boil, add the potatoes and cook on low heat for 25-30 min. If required add salt.

Remove from heat and beat well with a blender until smooth.

Add the chopped green part of leeks

Place over low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
