Potatoes in Korean
Many people love potatoes. And potatoes with shish kebab is a classic. Introduce potatoes to the kebab, but prepared not in the traditional way. It is known that the potato is more vitamin C than in lemons and blackcurrants. But this vitamin is not very stable during heat treatment. In this recipe potatoes are not cooked, so we have minimal loss of this valuable vitamin. I recommend to prepare this light salad for a few hours before the feast...

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cut the onion thin half-rings, fry until Golden.

Potatoes grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Fill with boiling water and leave for 2 minutes. Recline in a colander and drain the water. Mix with the onion, salt, pepper. Add salt carefully, remember that soy sauce is quite salty, better then more salt if not enough. Add to the soy sauce, vinegar. Stir it carefully. And forget in the fridge for 5 hours. Take out before serving. Dressed with vegetable oil. Bon appetit!
