Easy delicious vitamin salad the first time stuck in our family! It's so delicious that we were ready to eat it almost every day!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Radishes

    6 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Bulgur fill with water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Diminish the fire and cook until tender 10 - 15 minutes.

Add slightly cooled bulgur, salt, stir.

Prepare the dressing. Mix the yogurt, olive oil and garlic finely chopped. For my husband I seasoned the salad with mayonnaise, it turns out very tasty! And make, this tasty and quick sauce! Welcome to the table!
