Chicken salad with prunes and pineapple
A light salad in all respects. That is the message of flow I saw on the Internet. Simple and elegant.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Curry

  • Parsley

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

1. Fillet boil, cool and cut into small dice.

3. Nuts are coarsely chopped.

4. Mix with mayonnaise and soy sauce, season with salt, pepper, curry, add the chopped parsley.

5. On a plate lay a ring of pineapple, sprinkle the lettuce and cover with the second ring. Bon appetit!
