Summer is the season of berries, fruits and various desserts. This cheese is one of my favorite and I want you to share it.

My strawberries and mash to desired consistency. I like to leave small pieces. Add sugar to taste (if you want you can do without it). ;-) Here's a cheese I buy for this dessert.
Mix the strawberries with the sugar, add the cheese. The proportions do not write, they all taste different. I like the 1:1 (cheese:strawberry)
Stir it carefully. That's the beauty we get.
Put the dessert in a sundae dish, decorate to your taste and served to the table. Bon appetit!
