Cooking
The words of the author. [b]the Dough.[/b] In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, lemon zest, honey,

Knead using a mixer the dough is crumbly. Then pomnite the dough by hand to obtain a homogeneous. Give the dough a ball shape, wrap in cling film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
[b]ice.[/b] the Seeds to roast in a pan without oil, until light Golden brown.
Then the seeds with the honey, remaining butter and cream lightly simmered in a saucepan over low heat.
Remove the pan from the heat, let the seeds cool down.
