Shortbread cookies with sesame sprinkles.
Have not baked cookies. And then the other day asked my husband to buy sesame and he took not one that is needed. But it is this kind of sesame seeds ideal for topping cookies, muffins. Turned out nice, crispy cookie. The sesame seeds added a special style. Bake their home. With a Cup of milk the pastries even better.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    120 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Sesame

Butter margarine whipped with sugar using a mixer, then add the yolks and again beat.

Combine the cornstarch, vanilla and baking powder with flour and add to the mass through a sieve.

Knead the dough. The dough should be soft and should lag behind the hands. Roll the dough into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
