Chops in a crispy crust with rice
In our house often chops... Even on weekdays, though the feast is always a good dish on the table! They can add new spices and served with different garnish. Today, meat is rich in "coat", and will serve with crisp rice, which is brewed through the bags very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Bread crumbs

    1 handful

  • Corn flakes

    1 handful

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Chili

    2 pinch

  • Marjoram

    0.3 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.3 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    2 pinch

  • Salt

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sauerkraut

  • Bread

Cooking

For one serving take one piece of pork the size of a palm, beats.

Sprinkle both sides with spices.

Pour soy sauce, put on top of each other and send in the fridge (at night).

Prepare the liaison. Whisk together egg, flour, water or milk.

For breading crushed unsweetened corn flakes, add the flour, breadcrumbs, paprika.

Mix it all together. We often cook in this batter, so proportions are approximate.

Dip the pork in the liaison, transfer the bread batter.

Carefully roll the meat.

Transfer in a heated with oil pan with high sides. I kind of have a wok, so I fried one piece at a time.

Fry until Golden brown 8-10 minutes. Turn over, fry for another 5 minutes.

Transfer to a paper towel.

Chops large, for convenience, can be cut.

While fried meat put on to cook the rice "Mistral" basmati sachet per person. Preparing the rice for 12 minutes.

Pour the rice out of the bag on a plate, and top with a chop.
