Description
A slightly modernized version of the beloved ' 90s salad with crab sticks and corn. Along with Olivier and herring under a fur coat this salad is traditionally prepared on new year's table. Lately because of the abundance of products and many other great salad recipes this beloved once salad has been on the back burner, at least in our family for sure. But sometimes nostalgia for the past, including cooking, makes itself felt. I remembered this salad recently, but in the classic version to play it just do not like. And came up with vitamin here's a version of it. It turned out very very delicious!

Cooking
For optimum flavor and visual result are strongly advised to follow the recommendations according to the method of slicing. So, long thin strips of sliced crab sticks.
Fine stripes cut hard-boiled eggs.
Grate thin strips of carrot.
Blanshirovat in boiling water the peas for 2 minutes, then douse in ice water to preserve color.
Wash, dry and disassemble on sprigs of frisee. We strongly recommend to use this variety, as it is the most optimal for our salad to taste and appearance.
Green onions finely chop. For those who love witty, instead of green onions you can use finely chopped onions. Spread all sliced in a dish, add frisee, peas, corn, salt if required (remember the saltiness of the mayonnaise).
Add the mayonnaise. Provencal from "Mahe" fits in taste. Gently stir movements from the bottom up to keep the structure of the ingredients.
