Knead the dough: pour the yogurt in it dissolve the yeast, add this amount of flour to make a batter as for pancakes, I had a fat yogurt and went 1 Cup. flour. Cover the dough with a clean towel and put for 1 hour in a warm place.
So I looked my dough after an hour of rest.
Add to the yeast mixture the sugar (2 tbsp), salt, gradually vsypaya flour, knead the dough, after kneading gradually add the melted butter, cover the dough with a towel and put in warm place to ferment for 2-2.5 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling for our pies: wash the poppy seeds in warm water, dry. Boil water, put the poppy seeds in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, put the poppy seeds on a sieve or cheesecloth, squeeze. Add the poppy washed and dried raisins, skip this mix 2 times through a meat grinder, I ground in the blender.
Add the poppy, raisins, egg, sugar, vanilla and stir.
A large knife chop the walnuts and add to the stuffing mix.
Meanwhile, our dough has come: abenaim it.
Divide the dough into 3-4 pieces, roll out into a square layer thickness of 0.5 cm.
Cut into squares. I did a lot of pies, so me and large squares.
In the squares put the filling (I had about 1 tbsp).
And form the triangles - the traditional form of hamentash.
Put our pies on the parchment, allow them to stand for another 10-15 min., egg spread is not necessary, although if you like, that is, in a preheated oven, first bake on medium heat (15 mins) and then on a small (15 min). The finished pies sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!!!
