Cooking
2 beat eggs thoroughly with sugar. Butter to dissolve and let it cool slightly. Add to egg mixture. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and milk. Stir again. Divide the dough into 2 parts. I got 2 large mugs. The first part of the mix with full tablespoon of cocoa powder and two tablespoons of rum, the other with 4 full tbsp of coconut.
The recipe is for an average shape (22 cm). Pour part of the dark dough, then light, repeat. Bake in heated oven at 175*C for 35-40 minutes. Watch, as ovens are different for everyone... take Out and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
The cake is quite juicy and delicious. Help yourself!
