Cooking
Let's start with the test. Milk (you can sour, kefir or sour cream), margarine, egg, baking soda on the tip of a knife, all of this mix and add the flour. After we kneaded the dough until it's normal state Pirozhkova, remove it in the refrigerator.
And start filling. Minced beef (but can be pork, just the Tartars do not eat pork for religious reasons)salt, pepper and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Potatoes cut into tiny squares and mix with stuffing. There also add finely chopped onion. All mix well.
Take the dough and divide it into 16 small pieces (just so it will be easier, and pan everything will fit) and start of these pieces roll out to circles.
The circles spread the stuffing. To minced meat enough for all the dough, it is also better to share with a spoon directly in the pan into 4 parts and then each part is decomposed into a 4 circle.
Spread on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Check periodically to avoid burning.
All! Ochpochmak ready! You can serve tea with milk. (Also, a traditional Tatar drink)
