Cooking
Cereal to the test
Whites from 4 eggs, a pinch of salt and 40g of sugar is hard to beat. Yolks from 4 eggs, water, cereal and 80 g of sugar to mix, add flour, mix and add the beaten egg whites. Muffin tin well lubricated with oil, pour the dough. Bake in a preheated to 180* oven for 15-20 minutes. Ready remove from the mold (faster cool down and then it will be easier to get out of the molds the finished pastry with filling )
Make filling: soak gelatin sheet in cold water; zest of 2 limes whisk with the 3 egg yolks and 100g sugar, add the yogurt, mix well; 2 limes, squeeze the juice, to heat it. Squeeze the gelatin, put in a warm lime juice, stir until dissolved
and pour the juice with gelatin in the yogurt mass. Mix everything until smooth and place in the cold. As soon as the filling begins to thicken(this happens rather quickly), put the muffins-bottoms back in shape, spread the filling on top and put into the fridge. When the filling hardens, gently remove the cakes from the molds.
Whisk the cream with the remaining sugar (50 gr) to the "peaks" 3rd lime cut into thin slices, decorate the cakes with cream and lime wedges.
Before serving and keep in the cold. Quite interesting, beautiful and delicious cakes.
And here - in the cut. I think instead of lime you can take the lemons.
