Found this recipe a long time ago on the site of the young French chefs. In the season of figs be sure to cook the toast at least once. Very tasty with a glass of cold white in the output. Humanista appetizer, cooked for a few minutes.

Cooking
Figs wash, dry, cut into four parts. Fry together with the bread on the grill pan for a few minutes on both sides.
Lightly RUB each piece of bread with garlic.
Fry roughly chopped onions in olive oil. When the onions begin to gold, add water until they become soft. At the end of cooking to add quite a bit of sugar to caramelize. Onions are cool, spread on the toast.
Next spread a layer of goat cheese.
Dry-cured ham should break up into small pieces, or awkward then there's the toast.
Put the figs, pour the cream and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle a few drops of olive oil on each toast.
