Make filling. Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar put in a bowl, beat with a mixer until smooth. It is quite liquid mass. Pour the candied fruit, I still have broken pieces of chocolate, but can do without it, of course.
Form (roomy, a cake is quite large), I just have a deep wide saucepan with thick walls lubricated with oil. Divide the dough in half, one part (you can take it a little more) distributed along the bottom and just do the sides (in principle, it is possible and without them). Pour on top of stuffing. The second part of the test I unrolled and stretched with his hands and rubbed from the top (the sight was sad, I did not even bother to take pictures... but, on the other hand, as long as the result is delicious). Then did photo ready freak)))
Put into the oven, bake at a temperature of about 180 deg. Minutes 40 – 70 (anyone what oven what form, I got a thick layer and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in the oven bad). It turns out to be a pie. Bon appetit!
