Yeast pancakes with lemon curd
Powerade originally it was supposed to be a recipe for yeast waffles with lemon curd, but When it was finished dough (it came within hours), I got the waffle iron, turned it, and the waffle iron is almost hot, then, as a joke... and then came the husband... Only, perhaps, worse... we have electricity!!!. I waited somewhere around 30 minutes what to do: the dough is ready, there is no light in a few hours we leave???!!! So I decided to make pancakes and well, that decided it wasn't light somewhere around 4 -5 (some accident in the shield occurred). So, take my pancakes-waffles...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    8 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

  • Lemon juice

  • Lemon peel

  • Butter

  • Salt

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins vzbit in a cool foam (I added more here 1 tablespoon of sugar, although the recipe was not). Warm the milk gently mix with the yeast +1 tbsp sugar and let stand for 15-20 minutes (this time I forgot to take a picture)

Beat the egg yolks with the remaining 3 tbsp. sugar very well, almost incandescent. after + milk + flour and salt + melted butter. Constantly whisk.

In the finished dough carefully enter the beaten egg whites and stir with a spatula until a homogeneous mass.

Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour.

Then comes the baking of the waffles in electrovalence. But I made pancakes.

Lubricated our pancakes with lemon curd (custard).

A collapsible tube (or a triangle), stacked on a plate. If you have a Kurd is left, brush the pancakes on top. I'm on top sprinkled with dried mint. If you bake the waffles, the waffles simply served with lemon curd (you can also a little grease is optional).
