Eggplant
Just a very tasty eggplants!!! Try it and YOU!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Pour sesame oil into a small Cup and add a half teaspoon of red pepper. Sent in the microwave for about 1-1. 5 minutes. Then the oil has to cool and infuse.

Eggplant cut into circles and fry them until cooked. Then take out and spread on paper towel to remove all the unnecessary oil.

Julienne slice the peppers, grate the carrot, finely chop the garlic, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it all into the frying pan for a few minutes.

Add in the pan fried eggplant, sprinkle with salt, add the soy sauce, a teaspoon of vinegar 6%, or lemon juice and seasoning of sesame oil and pepper. Simmer another minute and I can put in the plate. Send our appetizer in the fridge for 30-40 minutes to try!! Better if the salad will sit overnight, then the taste will be even more intense!!
