A delicious and simple dish based on Chinese cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    250 g

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Sesame oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut into cubes the tofu, place it in the hot oil and fry until Golden brown.

Cut onion into half rings.

Pepper cut into squares.

Once the tofu has become Golden, add to the pan of vegetables.

Stir, add the soy sauce, sesame oil.

After 3-5 minutes add the garlic. The dish is ready!
