Cooking
Take out the meat out of the freezer, put into any dish, leave at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
When the top layer is not much thawed out and the meat itself has acquired here such appearance, you can start to prepare.
With a sharp knife start to shave the meat very thin plates, the meat should be thin, like on my photo. Do that with all meat. (can shave in any direction and at any angle it does not matter, meat in any tender).
On the hot with butter the pan, pour all the meat, and the first 10 minutes of cooking on low heat.
Mix the honey, soy sauce, pour the mixture into the pan, mix well and add the fire to medium.
Onion cut into half rings.
Add onion to meat and mix again.
Garlic cut into cubes, grind the Basil as well (I have Basil frozen already chopped). Add these spices to the meat, salt, pepper to taste. Stir and bring to readiness.
