Meat casserole with a creamy luscious filling and a slight kick from the pickled cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces. Better if it is slightly frozen, it is easier to cut.

Put in the meat 4st. L. breadcrumbs, two eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.

Cucumbers, green onions and finely chop, add cheese. Mix well.

In the form put the baking paper, lubricated with oil. Put half of the meat giving it an oval shape. To put the stuffing, a little stepping back from the edge.

The rest of the meat to put small portions on top. Holding hands, maximum closing holes.

To form a "cutlet". Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. and send in preheated oven for 60 min. at a temperature of 200g.
