Description

Cream sauce
When I want something sweet, but in all stores with a bunch of additives, it is possible without too much hassle and large quantities of food quickly prepare a delicious cream to the dishes - whether it's just a soft piece of brioche for Breakfast, or to use the cream for the filling, in cake, or add berries for a dessert. If you bake - you'll turn into a wonderful creme caramel. Well, if you freeze something the kiddies ice cream! (only the sugar then take a little less) In General, from words to actions and do some cooking?;)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Vanilla pod

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

Cooking

step-0
Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils for making our cream sauce.
step-1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins we do not need
step-2
Add to the yolks the sugar and vigorously whisk until the consistency of a stretchy tape
step-3
Take half a vanilla bean, cut lengthwise're scraping the seeds
step-4
Put the seeds from the pod into a bowl with the milk, bring to the boil until the first bubbles
step-5
Remove from heat and take a small nylon strainer (better still gauze in there to put less strain). Strain 2-3 times to get rid of the pod and seed
step-6
Hot milk thin stream, add in the egg yolks, constantly stirring them with a whisk, so they do not curdle
step-7
The most important step! Put our cream mixture in a water bath - take the pan of the appropriate diameter, pour a bit of water and bring to a boil. Water should be enough so she in no case do not touch the bottom of our dishes with the cream! Decreases the boiling point so the water is just bubbling on top of the pan put a bowl of cream. Continuously stir with a wooden spoon for at least 10 minutes. The cream consistency should be like dough for pancakes
step-8
We finish our preparation - warm the cream we pour it into clean jars and store in the fridge. Or don't expect cool and enjoy immediately, in my case the cream is fine to eat;) Bon appétit!
