Grandma's oatmeal pudding
This pudding was cooked by my Grandmother. In childhood, my brother and I loved him very much and still he remains a welcome dish on our table. This jelly has a jelly-like structure and a pleasant acidity. Of course, the taste for many, is not very usual, but very enjoyable. This recipe for the contest, so I added soy sauce, but I did not expect that here it would be so appropriate. Jelly, thus has acquired a pleasant color and grain smell. We like this pudding and sweet tea, with cold milk, and vegetable oil. Try, maybe for your children, it will be a recipe from his childhood. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    90 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Sugar

Measure 90 grams. oatmeal.

In the evening, cereal, pour 300 ml of cold boiled water, leave overnight at room temperature.

In the morning stir, squeeze well through a colander. Cake to throw away or use at their own discretion. Get oat milk.

To depressed milk add a crust of black bread and leave to ferment at room temperature for about 1 day. This process will give the desired sourness.

Peel a good squeeze through a colander, discard.

In the resulting mass add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce "Kikkoman". I have a light, so not very salty. If you are using classic, you need less sauce.

Put on low fire and cook until thick about 10 minutes stirring constantly.

Pour into prepared pan and allow to cool at room temperature. Put into the refrigerator until cool and gelatinous state.
