Cooking
Mix kefir, eggs, salt, softened margarine, add flour and soda (at least, quenching is not necessary). Knead a soft dough, knead well on floured Board to not stick to hands. The finished dough cover with a bowl and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
On a greased baking sheet roll out the crust so that the edges are a bit hanging from the sheet with a thickness of not more than 1 cm (the dough rises strongly). Cover with the second layer of dough, rolled thinner than the first, tightly stung, make a hole for steam output. Bake in a preheated to 200 deg. the oven 35-40 min.
Ready cake cover with a damp towel, let stand for 3-5 minutes to enjoy your meal. From the specified quantity of products you get a big pie of size about 30*40 cm
