Meat pie pastry of unleavened dough
Rich and juicy pie with meat and potatoes. Delicious in both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    0.8 kg

  • Salt

Mix kefir, eggs, salt, softened margarine, add flour and soda (at least, quenching is not necessary). Knead a soft dough, knead well on floured Board to not stick to hands. The finished dough cover with a bowl and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
