Delicious bread with a thin crispy crust and tender crumb. After cooling, the bread captured the subtle notes of grapes and seeds. Due to the oatmeal bread has a fluffy texture. Help yourself!

Lay all the ingredients in the bucket of CPS according to the instructions. If You have no CPS then: in a bowl, combine water, wine, sugar, and vegetable oil. Heat the mixture to 35-40°C. Stir to completely dissolve sugar. Add yeast, stir again. Add 200 g of flour, stir. Cover with film and put our dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. During this time the dough is covered with bubbles and will increase by 3-4 times. Add salt and cereal and stir. Parts enter the remaining flour and knead a soft but firm dough. Preferably more flour to add, it is not necessary to score the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours (the dough should increase in 2-2,5 times). Abenaim the dough and form a bun or loaves (optional). The workpiece is put into a warm place for 30 minutes. Then bake in a preheated 200°C oven until tender.

If you bake bread in CPS, select the "native" mode, the size of the bun - M, crust color - on request. I usually choose "Dark".
