This is my 100th recipe! Wanted to mention it sweetie! Air cupcake with white chocolate with the slight acidity of the dried cherries! The cake is perfectly balanced, it is not cloyingly sweet, and white chocolate chips inside make it simply extraordinary! Come for tea and help yourself, my dear!

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl add sugar and vanilla sugar. Melted butter pour in the sugar and stir. Enter the eggs and whisk until light and fluffy.
Continuing to whisk in two steps introduce the flour, sifted with baking powder.
White chocolate cut with a knife into large pieces.
Add to the dough dried cherries and white chocolate, stir.
The bottom of the form (I have all-in-one 22 cm) with baking paper, pour the batter into the pan and put into the oven for 35-40 minutes.
