Peach cherry fruit ice
Offer cooks a very simple recipe of fruit ice from peaches and cherries. This ice cream turns out beautiful, delicious and vitamin. Just what we need in the summer time.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    300 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    150 ml

Cooking

Peaches wash.

Cut the peaches in half, remove the seeds, remove the peel and place in blender.

Blend peaches.

To decompose the flesh of peaches in one of a kind ice cream.

To spread out, but not to the brim, approximately 2/3 of the molds.

Cherry wash (200 gr.).

Remove the bone, place in blender and blend.

Strain through a strainer cherry juice.

Pour the cherry juice in the molds, top with peach puree.

With a few strokes to mix well, insert the top sticks and put into the freezer for 2 hours.
