Cooking
Put to boil the rice. Carrots to chop thin strips and put to fry in a small amount of olive oil on medium-high heat. About 5 min.
Onion cut into half rings and add to the carrots. After another 5 min. add bell pepper, cut into strips. Simmer for another 5 min.
Add chopped hot peppers, cleaned from seeds. With tomato remove the peel with a knife or pour the tomatoes with boiling water. Cut into small cubes and add to the pan. From corn to drain off excess fluid. Add to vegetables along with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 min.
Spread the cooked rice to the vegetables. Gently, but thoroughly mixed. Turn off the pan and serve.
