Cod fillets in spicy marinade

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Potato starch

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

Boil the rice in boiling salted water as directed on the package. Cod fillet cut into portions, salt and pepper.

Clean the onions, chili pepper exempt from seeds. In the bowl of a blender put chopped into cubes of medium size onion, chili pepper, honey, vodka, soy sauce, salt, coriander. Whisk in the mashed potatoes.

Lay cod fillets in the marinade for 10-15 minutes. Marinated fillet roll in cornstarch and fry in olive oil over medium-high heat on both sides. On each side 4-5 min. Ready to serve with rice.
