Portuguese salad of chickpeas
A hearty and delicious salad, can be eaten as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

Need boiled chickpeas.

Tomatoes remove seeds and cut into small pieces, fans of bell peppers can use red and green pepper - half, eggs, cut from the tuna to drain the oil and add the rest, red onion (I have not found, I had to have regular) cut into half rings, add the chickpeas.
