Cooking
Onion cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Potato and pepper peel and coarsely chop't, I like oblong cubes.
In small amount of oil to fry to a light "blush".
On the tomatoes to make a cruciform incision, pour boiling water and remove the skin. Coarsely chop.
Add the tomatoes to the vegetables, to season with salt and pepper, a little stew (to stand out juice). Forcemeat to salt, form small balls and put to the vegetables, a little "drown" them in the gravy. If juice (liquid) in the pan a little, add a little water.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked. The food is very fresh, not greasy and simply delicious. Bon appetit!
