Polpette fish in vegetable sauce
Polpette is a small meatballs, baked in a thick tomato sauce, they, undoubtedly, will decorate your dining menu. Recipe of Italian cuisine.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 ml

  • Minced fish

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

For making use any white meat fish. I took out the redfin.

Add in minced half head of finely cut onions, finely cut garlic, grated Parmesan, egg, finely cut dill (or parsley), breadcrumbs, salt, freshly ground black pepper.

While the meat is infused in the refrigerator, make the vegetable sauce. Vegetables wash, peel. Cubes, chop half the onion, red bell pepper, zucchini, carrots. Finely chop green chili peppers.
