Description
Another recipe from the trip I brought for You from Yekaterinburg. The city, in all senses, interesting that deserves to stroll through its streets, especially this year when all celebrate 400 years of the Romanov House.

Cooking
This year Easter we decided to celebrate with my husband's parents who live over 2000km in Yekaterinburg! Imagine. how lucky I am :) My mother in law cooks everything from meat... it so much that after 5 days you want something light and anti meat, but this recipe I liked and I brought it with me. For this we need meat tenderloin, which we chop up and marinate in cognac and a small quantity of salt.
You will need cooked rice, and suitable for both freshly brewed and yesterday :)
Eggplant cut into cubes and fry until Golden brown.
Add red onion half rings and brown sugar.
Enter the chopped dried apricots. If you have it solid, then its best to soak.
Final touch - add the rice and stir.
In refractory form put rice, then meat, then rice again, and close all of the cheese. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
We get flavorful, tender meat in Oriental style. You might ask why such a strange name? The answer is very simple, in Yekaterinburg there is an Obelisk to the Border between Europe and Asia on the border of Perm Krai and Sverdlovsk region. However, if you believe locals, it is not where it's supposed to, but that's another story:)
